We are looking for:
- Land plots that are for sale or whose owners are interested in a joint venture with us.
- Land plots for the construction of residential buildings with an area of more than 500 m².
- Land plots for the construction of hotels with more than 100 rooms.
The land plots should meet the following criteria:
- Buildable and within the city development plan.
- Located in very good to excellent locations, with or without building permits.
- Buildable land plots within the city development plan are preferred.
Properties in need of urgent renovation or unfinished projects are also of interest.
Municipalities of increased interest:
- Northern Suburbs: Kifisia, Ekali, Kefalari, Filothei, Marousi
- Center and Other municipalities: Kolonaki, Paleo and Neo Psychiko, Papagou
- Southern Suburbs: Alimos, Elliniko, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni
- Crete: Chania, Heraklion, Rethimno
